Day 1 (Wednesday, September 25th at 2:30-4PM): Introduction to Headstand Learn to conquer your fear in Sirsasana, the King of all yoga postures. We’ll cover the fundamentals and tools need in order to build confidence in your inversion practice.
Day 2 (Thursday, September 26th at 2:30-4PM): Find your Crow Let’s Fly! Learn techniques, drills, and step – by step instructions for Bakasana (crow pose) and other related arm balances.
Meet your instructor – Elizabeth: As a 300+ hour certified yoga teacher, Elizabeth believes in a practice and teaching style that are true to her roots as a former competitive athlete; dynamic, challenging, energetic and playful. She believes that every body is different and yoga can be accessible to anyone who is willing to show up to the mat.
