JOIN THIS VIRTUAL WELLNESS PROGRAM, LED BY HEALTH AND FITNESS DIRECTOR OF THE DARIEN Y, JESSICA BENEDETTO, AND NUTRITIONIST, AMY KISER, FOR A FUN AND EFFECTIVE WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM.

The program will start on September 28th!

 

OUR PROGRAM PLAN

In this 6-week plan, together we will:

* Meet virtually with Amy every week to provide more time to adopt healthy eating habits.

* Workout virtually 2x/week with instructors Jess & Bea Plus, receive a weekly workout schedule to follow!

* Weekly emails with workouts, recipes, and tips to keep you on track!

* Learn how to make sustainable changes for long-term health and weight stability without counting calories!

* Get tips on food shopping, preparation and eating out (or takeout!)

* Bonus workshop: Learn 5 important lessons on how to get the best results out of your fitness regimen!

Group 1- Early Risers: Mon/Wed 7-7:30 AM

Health Coaching sessions will be held on Wednesday evenings at 7 PM
Rates: Y Members - $180 Non-Members - $270
