FunBuster’s Programming for adults is comprised of three separate groups & meets at the Darien Depot Teen Center:

The Saturday Morning Group offers a weekly program from September through June from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm. This program serves individuals with multi-handicapping conditions and provides parents with an opportunity for respite care. Activities such as arts & crafts activities and access to multimedia/movies are available.

Monday Evening Group is also a weekly program which meets from 6:30 – 8:30 pm, September through June, and whose participants’ disabilities range from intellectually challenged to high functioning autism. The group also attends monthly social outings in the community.

The Tuesday Life Skills Program meets weekly from January through June from 3:45 – 5:45 pm. Members focus on individual and group goals which are both reinforced and revisited throughout the program.

Life Skills Camp is a more concentrated extension of training is offered from July into August. Schedule and times vary according to participants’ work schedules.
