Kettlebells: Looking to change your body and increase your strength in a minimal amount of time? Then a kettlebell workshop at the Darien Y is for you! This class is both for beginners (those of you who workout but who have never picked up a bell) and for kettlebell enthusiasts who are experienced with all of the fundamental movements such as the kettlebell swing, Turkish getup and snatch. Open level kettlebell is suitable for all participants and taught by our Training and Exercise Director.
