Henry Ziegler Pool at the Darien YMCA

The Ziegler Pool is a 6-lane 25 yard facility with a maximum depth of 10 feet and minimum depth of 4 feet. The Ziegler features a high vaulted wood ceiling, a new Colorado Timing board, one meter diving board, spectator seating for 150 and a spectacular view of Holly Pond and Long Island Sound.

The “Wellness” Center boasts 14 Treadmills, 19 Crosstrainers, 4 Stairmasters, 5 Lifecycles, 3 Rowers, 6 Stationay Bikes, 7 Station Circuit Weight Machines, medicine balls, foam rollers, free weights and more.
