We are doing Live Tours of Holly Pond School.  Please click here to sign up for a tour.  It is an Adult Only Event, masks are required to enter the school.

The AGE Cut Off for all classes is December 31, 2022.  Your child needs to the age for the class you are registering for by Dec. 31, 2022.  For example, a two year old student needs to be 2 by December 31, 2022 to enroll in Holly Pond School's two year old program.

Payment Calendar:

$500 is due on registration day, 1/4 of payment minus $500 is due by February 15th,  1/4 of payment is due May 15th, 1/4 of payment is due September 15th and final 1/4 is due November 15th.

We are aiming to provide a contactless application and registration process to keep our Holly Pond School families and new families safe as we maintain social distancing during the pandemic.


As of January 1, 2022, you can begin the registration process for Holly Pond School.

  1. Please complete separate application forms for EACH child you are registering. (Click Blue Button, Submit Your Application)

  2. Indicate your first, second and third choice for your preferred class days and times. Please choose both a morning and an afternoon option.

  3. Once you submit your application, a pop-up screen will direct you to pay the required $50 Registration fee online.

Applications are due by January 19th.

The process is a lottery for all children applying to Holly Pond School.

  • If you are currently enrolled at Holly Pond School, you will be notified on Jan 20th of your child’s placement. Your $500 deposit will be due at this time.

  • If you are a new student, you will be emailed by Jan. 26th of your child’s class placement. You will have until Jan. 28th to accept the spot and pay the required deposit of $500.

  • We accept all major credit cards, cash, and checks.

 All students must have a YMCA membership as of September 1, 2022
